- PRIMERO. DECLARAR la nulidad de todas las actuaciones surtidas dentro de la presente accion de tutela, desde el auto de admision de la demanda.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR por Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela de la referencia, a la Oficina Judicial de Neiva, para que lo reparta entre el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Neiva, el Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Huila o el Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Huila, y se decida la accion de tutela instaurada por la senora Cielo Gonzalez Villa contra el ciudadano Edgar Artunduaga Sanchez.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaria General, LIBRESE la comunicacion prevista por el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
